Education
I hold a Master of IT in Business with a specialization in the Artificial Intelligence track from Singapore Management University, where I achieved an outstanding GPA of 3.8/4.0. As an academic achiever, I was honored with the prestigious VinGroup Young Talent Scholarship during my time at SMU. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor of Economics with a focus on International Business and Economics at Foreign Trade University in Vietnam. My dedication to academic excellence was recognized with a scholarship for being one of the top 5 students in my academic year.

Work Experience
As a Product Manager at FE Credit, a leading consumer finance company in Vietnam, I steered the development of the super app, FE Online, and owned its end-to-end execution. My contributions included streamlining processes through EKYC, E-Sign, Facial Recognition, and more, all of which significantly enhanced user experience. Through data analysis and continuous improvement, I achieved remarkable results, increasing E-Sign usage from 60% to 97% and elevating account registration from 50% to 70%. My impact was further recognized with accolades, including winning Best Employee the Year for four consecutive years (2018-2021).

Academic Projects
During my academic journey, I undertook several impactful projects. One of my proudest achievements was my Digital Transformation Strategy for DBS Bank, which secured the winning position in the DBS Bank Business Case competition. Additionally, I excelled in AI and Machine Learning projects, conducting comprehensive analyses of state-of-the-art models, and devising AI-powered tools to streamline business processes.

My technical prowess extends to Python, SQL, Hadoop, and Pytorch, while my certifications in IT Business Analysis by BAC and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
